Strawberry Kiwi Nutritional Shakes!

I love putting different kinds of fresh fruit in my Formula 1 nutritional shakes. One of my favorite things to put in with my shakes are strawberries and kiwi berries. If you have a blender add the fruits along with 8 ounces of fat free milk and the Formula 1 powder as well as a scoop from the protein mix. I also like to add a scoop of the herbal aloe as well.


This shake tastes great if you are a fan of strawberry-kiwi flavors like I am. It is rich in nutritional value as well as protein, which often gets overlooked in most people's diets. The aloe helps the digestive tract function more effectively and you get a full serving of fruits from the strawberries and kiwi berries added! Add ice to your mix in your blender to make it a smoothie.


Believe it or not, it is actually filling too and makes a great option to have for your breakfast or a quick lunch on the go.
